Condensation Heat Transfer Unit

Condenser tubes made of different materials can be used to test two different condensation heat transfer methods: film condensation and bead condensation, Bead-like condensation is formed on the polished gold-plated surface of the condenser, and film-like condensation is formed on the matte copper surface of the second condenser. The temperature, pressure and flow rate of the relevant points can be recorded through the sensor set in the loop, and the measured value can be directly displayed on the digital display or directly transmitted to the PC via USB. The Condensation Process Heat Transfer test bench is a teaching device used by the laboratory to verify the difference in heat transfer between different condensation processes. During the experiment, the temperature of the loop can be controlled to change the boiling point and pressure during the experiment.

The test bench is equipped with different condensation surfaces to distinguish between film-like condensation and bead-like condensation.

Condensation Process Heat Transfer Test Bench The experiment process is carried out in a transparent experiment tank, and the process is clear and observable.

The temperature of the test bench loop can be adjusted to change the boiling point and pressure during the experiment.

The various physical quantity data of the workbench change process can also be transmitted to the PC through the USB interface for further processing.

The transient data during the change of the workbench is directly displayed on the display in digital form.
