Seeds or grains are fed on to the vibratory deck (2) at uniform rate to stratify the seeds/grain in to layers of different densities by the air stream(5) through the vibratory deck (4). Heavy material stones, soil particles and heavy grains are separated from average weight grains. Heavy material is carried back on vibratory deck and average weight good grains is carried forward.

Salient Features :
The destoner is applied for the efficient separation of stones and metal, glass, and other high-density impurities from a stream of grain.
Its throughput capacity varies depending upon the degree of impurities in paddy.
The machine is suitable for all varieties of paddy and other grains.
