Automatic Sorting Training Equipment Characteristics:

The electrical control is consist of single phase AC motor and reducer, solenoid valve, cylinder, switch power supply, photoelectric sensor, capacitive sensor, Inductance sensor, magnetic sensor, etc.

Pneumatic portion is consist of solenoid valve and cylinder, material connecting gear is consist of motor and synchro belt. Automatic sorting training equipment is consist of baseboard, training table (profile structure), pneumatic portion, blanking mechanism, material connecting gear, feed trough and electrical control portion. 

According to sensor signal acquisition, PLC programme, it can carry out complicated switches controlling, offset control and time sequence logical control for AC motor, solenoid valve, it can realize the location, identify, sorting for the material on the conveyor.
