Electro-Hydraulic Trainer

This Electro-Hydraulic training aid is built on a rolling base with all industrial-grade components. This high quality trainer is a valuable tool for teaching the fundamentals of Electro-Hydraulics. An extensive workbook is provided that illustrates many Electro-Hydraulic functions, from simple directional control of cylinders, to proportional control of pressure and flow. This training aid is fitted with a PLC and the cylinders are fitted with end-of-stroke indicators, which are used to demonstrate sequential cylinder control. One cylinder is fitted with a position sensor which, when connected to the electronic proportional valve driver, is used to demonstrate close loop position control. This training aid demonstrates advanced electro-hydraulic principles that aid the students in analyzing hydraulic problems. All major components are permanently mounted on an aluminum backing plate and clearly identified by ISO symbol. Students need only identify the correct components and connect them using the quick connect hose assemblies provided. The low voltage electrical connections are made with the patch cords provided. This training aid is available as a single sided or double sided unit; each side accommodating four students.
