Technical Specifications

The Foam Repeated Compression Test Machine apply to test rate of permanent deformation of plastic foam material. Compress the specimen to 50% of its original thickness with the reciprocating compression speed of 60 times per minute till reaching 80000 times. Then the specimen is put aside for 30 minutes prior to measuring the thickness. The permanent deformation rate can then be calculated. After repeatedly compress specimen, check recovery level in stipulated, we can get permanent deformation rate, user can set test times and test machine will automatic stop after reach setting times. Put the specimen between two compression plates.
