Technical Specifications

Used for the quantitative determination of bitumen in hot-mixed paving mixtures and pavement samples. It consists of a balloon, cooling unit, Dean-Stark stopcock, electric heating mantle with regulator and fittings.

The solvent used can be profitably recovered with the solvent recovery unit.

Two models available: 1 liter and 2 liter capacity. The filtering cartridges are not part of the apparatus and have to be ordered separately.
