Marcet Boiler

Marcet Boiler Test Bench is a training teaching device used in the laboratory to test the relationship between pressure and temperature in the heating process of steam boilers. In a closed system filled with liquid, the liquid will reach a thermodynamic equilibrium during the vaporization process, and the position of the critical point mainly depends on the properties of the liquid and the temperature in the container. The temperature controller and pressure limiting valve are used as safety devices to protect the entire system at a safe temperature and pressure. The pressure and temperature in the process are set in the loop. Determine the position of the critical point by recording the steam pressure and temperature during the experiment. 

Features:

The pressure limiting valve and thermostat are arranged in the test bench circuit to ensure that the system is always at a safe pressure and temperature;

The various physical data of the workbench change process can also be transferred to the PC through the USB interface for further processing.

The transient data during the change of the workbench is directly displayed on the display in digital form;

It can quantitatively reflect the relationship between pressure and temperature in the process of water vaporization in a constant volume environment.
