Mask Tensile Testing Machine is suitable for tension test of medical masks, disposable masks, respiratory protective respirators and other masks and respirators. In addition, it can also test the mechanical properties of plastic, woven bags, nonwovens, plastic films, products, PVC pipes, paper boards, woven bags, packing belts, tapes, adhesives and other in the table below, they shall not slip or break.

Test Method

Connecting and connecting parts Under the specified test conditions, all the connecting and connecting parts between the replaceable filter element and the mask, between the breathing catheter and the filter element and the mask shall not slip, break or deform when they bear the axial tension specified in the table below.

Fixing the headband (non free end) and the mask body (reasonably close to the connection part of the corresponding headband buckle) of the sample to be tested with clamps. The connection part of each end belt of the tested sample shall be tested and the results shall be recorded. Start the tensile testing machine, apply the tensile force specified in the table above according to the direction of normal use and tension of the headband, and record whether it is broken or slipped.
