Mechanical Gearbox Cutaway of Motor Vhicle

The training laboratory stand is dedicated for using it as training equipment at second specialized colleges and higher education establishments for performing laboratory classes and such disciplines as “Structure of motor vehicle” and “Vehicle Technical Maintenance”.
The training laboratory equipment allows visually demonstration and studying the design, as well as the structure and operating principle of mechanical gearbox components.
The training laboratory stand is a real mechanical gearbox (RMG), placed on a welded rack.
The model is placed on wheel legs with a brake. The body of the product has a quarter cutout for displaying the contents of the RMG. The cut was made taking into account the optimal convenient visual acquaintance with the internal components of the structure.
General elements of mechanical gearbox are:
main gear;
primary shaft;
secondary shaft;
differential;
clutch housing;
gearbox housing;
rod of disengagement of transfers.
