The machine adopts electric control and it drives by an AC adjustable speed motor, to achieve movement left and right, low noise, stable. Usage-Portable metal aluminum hardness tester

Fixing the hardness pencil to 45 ° angle, and make the front head of the pencil contact with surface of the coating with proper load. Moving the test platform to make surface of the coating move and pass the front head of the pencil in accordance with a certain speed (0.5 mm/s), then the most soft pencil hardness level which cause no damage (scratches) can be regarded as hardness of the coating layer.
