Refrigerator Model Training System

Refrigerator Model Training System completely places all essential refrigerator components on the front panel of the system. Only when students understand the operation principal of the refrigerator can they connect the components correctly. Under such circumstance, KR-101 becomes a real refrigerator and students can use the meters located on the front panel to record the status of the components during its operation. KR-101 also clearly demonstrates four major elements, Condenser, Compressor, Evaporator, and Capillary Tube located at the rear side of the system. Students can touch and feel the elements as well as draw the Mollier diagram to record the characteristic of the refrigerant during different phase of the refrigeration cycle. For the sake of quick demonstration, KR-101 provides a Teacher Board for teacher to insert it into the side slot. When teacher board is inserted, the whole system starts running even when the wire connections on the front panel are incorrect.1. Practical exercise for RSC wires of the compressor 2. Calculating the performance of the refrigerator- The major elements of the refrigeration system including condenser, compressor, evaporator, capillary tube, filter and drier are open for the purpose of best observation. - The system contains various electronic components and their symbols located at the front panel allowing students to use 4mm safety plug cables to construct the control circuit of the refrigeration system. - The control circuit of the refrigeration system are made of following electronic devices: system fuse, fan indicator, evaporator door switch...etc. - The system includes high pressure gauge, low pressure gauge, AC Voltmeter, AC Ammeter and temperature meter which are located at the front panel allowing students to record the status of the components during its operation. - The refrigerant path for high pressure tube is painted in red and for low pressure tube is painted in blue. - The system includes a teacher board allowing teacher to quick demonstrate the operation of the refrigeration system without construct the control circuits.
